There are several boats called the Mariner. If it is a fiberglass hulled 32 foot ketch then I know them pretty well. You'll want to be looking for soft spots in the decks and cabin sides and tops. Check for leaks around the ports. If you have none of those issues they are really great boats. The time for the survey should have been before purchase.
Do a search in the search engine on the first dark line below the header at the top of your screen for Mariner 31 or Mariner 32 or Fuji 31 or 32. If that doesn't get you a picture of your boat then we're talking about a different vessel.
