Hello to all.
My Husband and I are new here and unlike my Husband , I am new to the sailing community . We are currently living in Florida and looking to purchase a boat . Not as easy as I thought. My Husband is a careered Heavy equipment mechanic and I am a Photographer. We are both wanting to live eat and breathe sailing and live abroad in search of a better life and peace . We hope that we can get to know people in the local sailing community as well as far beyond. Any and all suggestions and invites are open to us. Thanks to all who read this post and Happy sailing.

Buying a boat is easy.. Buying a suitable boat takes lots of legwork. Buying a perfect boat is impossible. Good luck with your search

Welcome aboard. Your photography skills will come in handy. Sailing is my favorite place for doing photography. There are an endless supply of awesome things to photograph on a sailing voyage. Photos make voyages come alive, and you get to relive them when you look at your old pictures.

G'Day! and thanks for the welcome ozskipper! Trust me, we are doing leg work..lol.. As I am learning the navi, and what not of the boat world, he and I both have been looking at boats. The only problem is, we are wanting to finance an older boat and it's impossible! I mean, They will finance a New boat here, but not an older boat. But I'm sure we will find someone that will work with us. Anyhoo... Cheers!
