Reached 40, and in the true tradition of male mid-life crisis, I've had enough of Gordon Brown's vision for a socialist utopia (in particular, I'm fed up with paying for it), so its time to bog off and go sailing.
Been keeping a Jeanneau
49 SO in Barcelona
for 3 years. Its been washing
its face under the surprisisingly competent management of Roland Perry at Barcelona
Boats, since I bought in in 2003.
Hoping to sail off to Thailand
this Summer. Currently building a house there and hope to keep the boat nearby in Jomtien.
Still a bit of a novice
sailor, but I'm hoping with a fair wind
and sound advice from one or two other punters on this site to learn without making too many mistakes
