I Have 3 years Adriatic experience to share, hopefully someone will listen...or perhaps someone saltier than me can teach me a thing or two!

Hello and how is the weather on the Adriatic these days, here on the Chesapeake Bay it is a little too cold and icy to sail but spring is just around the corner....Welcome

Thanks for welcome greetings. I hope I will share some my sailing trips with you.
Temperatures on Adriatic are higher every day, so spring is on the way. I hope I will start with first sailing trip in March or April.

Hello all - delighted to find this forum! Am relatively unsalty, but hope I can make some contribbution ;-)

Cruised just once in the Adriatic, it was superb. So good in fact, I have convinced a few friends to take a charter there at the end of April. Can anyone provide any advice on what kind of conditions we might prepare for?

Sorry for late answer. In end of april you can expect beautiful weather with temperatures between 18-25degrees Celsius. If the weather isnt stable you can expec strong NE cold wind typical for Adriatic coaled "Bura" In this case, you must stay near the coast to avoid big waves.
