Barbados does not allow it. From the British Foreign Office website:

It is an offence for anyone, including children, to dress in camouflage clothing.


Jamaica does not allow it. From the Canadian government website:

It is illegal to wear, buy or sell army or police camouflage clothing.


St. Lucia does not allow it. From the Canadian site again:

It is an offence for anyone outside the police force to dress in army or camouflage clothes or carry items made of camouflage material.


Antigua does not allow it. Again, from the Canadian government website:

Civilians may not import camouflage material. It is an offence for civilians to dress in camouflage clothing or to carry items made of camouflage material.


There may be others, but that is a start. You truly do need to be aware that laws elsewhere are not what you think they are where you are.

RE keeping guns on board... has anyone bothered to read the Australian 'gun safe' requirements... ( its a state not a federal issue ashore ) .... doubt if many would have the required stowage aboard. Victoria Police - Storage and Safekeeping Requirements for Firearms

Those requirements are for keeping guns in houses, not on boats I think.

Nancie and I spent some time in Barbados a few years ago and she had a camoflage duffel bag. I remember when she ordered it online, she had selected it because it was offered at a lower price than the solid colored bags. A customs agent and a taxi driver mentioned to us that camoflage was not "approved" in Barbados except for the military and police; however, in both cases they smiled, passed on the bag, and said that it would not be a problem. There may be some selective enforcement applied to an unarmed tourist lady in her sixties.

Way I heard it a thoughtful, caring young mother worried about bears attacking her children lined them up and applied the bear repellant to them, like mosquito repellant

I think that is quite obvious... however I would imagine the requirements would be similar for a yachtowner wanting to keep his guns on board.... achievable for a 70' expedition boat maybe but not for joe punter on his Westsail... I don't think 'under the skipper's bunk' would cut it.....

Well, it isn't similar at all. What they require is a gun cabinet that can be locked and where customs can put a seal on.
