Greetings One and All !

I am new to this site, and am looking forward to learning about the cruising life. My wife and I own a Catalina 42' and see it as our future "retirement home." we hope to end up in the South Pacific or in the Med someday, and welcome any and all suggestions on boat mods, and even suggestions on what cruisers can do to earn a few dollars while abroad.

Thank you in advance for the upcoming education.

Joe

Joe!
Glad to have you on the forum. You already have the boat so that puts you awfully far ahead many of us on here.

I am an expert at giving advice about how to lose money while cruising, but I am not so good at telling you how to make money while sailing.

I can tell you that making websites with donate buttons is not going to help. Take that one off your list.

Aloha and welcome aboard!
Great boat for cruising. Diesel engine mechanics and electricians always seem to be busy in the marinas. Divers who clean bottoms also seem to stay employed. If you study refrigeration you'll always have something to work on.
kind regards,
