Greetings from Utah

Very glad to be here! Looking forward to swap stories of adventures.
My maritime experiences are limited. I worked as a deckhand on two research vessels for a few months several decades ago. I got to go sailing on David Keiper's Williwaw hydrofoil trimaran for a few hours in the San Francisco Bay back in the early 70's! And recently acquired a Midship 25 which I am slowly refurbishing. I am very excited to go back to the sea again!

Re: Greetings from Utah

Thanks everyone for the welcome!
IceDog, I'll be sailing at first on Bear Lake. Maybe the Great Salt Lake if levels improve. Eventually I'll be planning some Pacific weekenders and also coastal sailing. I'll be refurbishing it throughout the winter.
I'll post a photo next time.

Re: Greetings from Utah

I grew up in Ogden, Utah. I didn't discover sailing until I left and it was several years after. I'm back in Utah for another couple weeks and have been amazed that there is a good community from Bear Lake, Salt Lake, and Utah lake.

Re: Greetings from Utah

Hi Ice Dog

I know this is a long shot
I now own the Garden of Eden
I'm trying to find the line of owners as to ascertain the history of this boat. Any and all info is welcome but mainly who did you sell it to??

Thank you
