Greetings from Oklahoma

Hi all,

Just wanted to quickly introduce myself. I began sailing about 14 years ago and recently purchased a Hunter 27 after several years on the dark side with ski boats, fishing boats, etc. I've been perusing the forums for a while now and have already found them to be a very handy resource of information and great entertainment as well. I am excited to become an active member (although I am sure it will kill my productivity at work) and look forward to interacting with all of you.

Re: Greetings from Oklahoma

Welcome,

I started sailing in OK on Lake Oolagah. The shifting winds on OK lakes can be wild. That was 30 years ago. Now, I am a live abroad on a big motor yacht in Galveston area.

Re: Greetings from Oklahoma

Welcome, Bod, my first sail was on Lake Duncan on a hobie cat 14 when I was 16. Ruined my life.
