Welcome aboard!! Good to have you here. I once visited Maracaibo on a Navy ship many years ago. How is the political situation for cruising aboard sailing vessels now?

We stayed there years ago (2001) - great place. You've sort of been 'discovered' since then. Last I knew diesel was about $.30/gal US. What's the impact of the new currency - changes at the marina, etc.?
