Probably depends on the
boat. What is the weight of the
boat? What is the beam? What is the
draft? Is it a fixed
keel, swing
keel,
centerboard?
The right boat and the right
trailer you could move it yourself with a good sized pickup. If you are not up for the drive it could still make a lot of difference in the charge. Regular, over the road freight haulers are at least $1.50/mile but hauling a boat is usually more.
Unless this is a really special boat I think you might end up cheaper
buying one at Lake Lanier or Lake Allatoona. A lot of boats there and used to see some good deals when I lived in Cumming.
