I hear you. When we first decided to move, we did not intend to purchase
right away because we had a Hunter
30 we could stay on. Then some incredible things happened, and we found one of the boats on our short list available. It was a whirlwind but we bought Mulligan a month before we moved and brought her from Georgia
. We had a mooring
ball waiting for her (that we have owned for a few years) so we had a place to stay. Then went back to CO to close on the house. We made a decision in Oct to move, a few other miracles occurred, and it all happened by Dec. It was like 90% exciting and 10% terrifying... or maybe more like 90% terrifying and 10% exciting but that's what makes it so intense
We also have family
close by and use their home as a base which made a huge difference.
