Greetings from Australia

We are a professional couple who have spent the last year in between Europe and Australia, travelling frequently and working all manner of jobs en route.

We plan to head to either the Americas or Europe once our Australian work visas expire in Sept 2014, so essentially we are looking for paid or work-for-passage crewing opportunities going anywhere from Australia. Our destination isn't as important to us as our desire to travel on the sea, so we will consider any and all opportunities that may come our way.

Sara has grown up sailing from a young age in Stockholm, Sweden and has spent many months at sea on board her yatch, island-hopping her way around the Swedish archipelagos. Sara has a Swedish sailing license as well as having a Certificate of Navigation.

I on the other hand have little sailing experience, but pride myself in being a particularly fast learner with a strong work ethic and above all, a keen sense of adventure and fun.

Together we will be available from June 2014 onwards and would love to hear from you if you are in need of 2 honest, reliable and hard-working travellers to join your crew.

Nice to meet you all, we look forward to joining this forum and hope we can contribute towards it in some way.

Matt and Sara
