Hello everyone!

I've been lurking and reading the forum for quite some time now, and, uh, now have decided to register.

So, to introduce myself, I sail out of Helsinki, Finland, on my Helmsman 23. I've a few fairly long trips around the Baltic under my belt (Gotland, Saaremaa, Hiiumaa, Ruhnu, Pärnu, north coast of Estonia) but nothing truly epic. Oh, and I am a 30 year old male, of Russian-Jewish decent, emigrating out from USSR in 1990. Meh, now I am worried that this was too much information for a simple meet&greet post..!

As for tha future, well, I am thinking of buying a seaworthy boat within the next few years and sailing off to the wild blue yonder. Isn't everyone?

Never worry about too much information.It's winter and we don't have much else to do.
Nice to hear about people in far away places with similar interests.
