Greetings from Anacortes, WA

Hi. My husband and I have a Formosa 41' ketch that we currently sail around Puget Sound and the San Juan and Gulf Islands. We lived aboard for 4 years together (he for an additional 6 on a previous boat), before we sold out and bought a small house last year. The 880 square feet still feel huge to us!

We're expecting our first baby in mid-August, so I've been trolling forums looking for tips on sailing with kids, and I really liked what I read on this forum. I look forward to learning a lot and hopefully being able to offer something, too!

As a point of interest, the signal flags in my avatar are how my husband proposed to me in Bedwell Harbour four years ago! Very romantic!

Yes, I've read through a lot of Bumfuzzle's website, but I hadn't been on in months, so I just went back to check it out and signed up to get their public posts on Facebook. Thanks for the reminder. Their kids have already changed so much.
