pirate Greetings

Ahoy to Ye,
Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm James. My lovely sea wife Pat and I are sailing on the Chesapeake Bay right now in preparations for our escape sometime in the future.
We have a 47' 1977 Olympic Adventure Ketch named Helios.
We keep her down in Herrington Harbor South. She was designed by Ted Brewer and built in Greece, hence the name.
I retire Navy next year and plan on getting Helios ready as a full time job. Hopefully there won't be much left to do, ya right.
Glad to meet you all and good day.

James

James-

Herrington Harbour South!! I had a Catalina 25 and then a C&C 30 slipped there from 1990-1994. Sold the C&C to a 60 person club and then joined the club. This has been cheap way to sail the past 10 years. (You won't believe the number of people who'd rather fix wiring or plumbing or some other problem on the boat than actually sail her!) Best, Kevin
