Greeting from our new home afloat

We are now 9 months into this new lifestyle aboard our new home. Yes, we're 'all in.' Sold our last vehicle in October. So far we continue to wake up each and every day saying 'pinch me' - which was a suggested name for our boat. Except I kept chuckling thinking about using the VHF with a boat named 'Pinch Me'. We look forward to gathering new insights, new info and new friends among this forum.

Wow! - Scary and exciting all at the same time! We haven't sold the vehicles yet. That's the final commitment. Good luck and keep posting your adventures.

No idea when we'll be back in home port. Figured, what's the sense of the expense? Uber, loaners, bikes. . . .so far so good

Re: Greeting from our new home afloat

Congratulations on your new adventure. We hope it proves to be successful and Southport is a good starting point for going north or south. Now, add a little dinghy that can be fitted with a sailing rig and you'll be perfect!

Cheers!

Thank you! We're in Vero Beach now, heading over your way in Tampa late in Feb.

Welcome. Sounds like a great start to life aboard. Those Grand Banks 42's are just gorgeous.
