First time posting - Visit our site

Hello Everybody,

This is my first time posting even though I have been reading this forum for years. My husband and I are in our second year of full time cruising. We are currently in the Eastern Caribbean but plan on circumnavigating. This forum was very usefull to us during the long process of planning to cruise (i.e. buying the boat, selling the house, etc) so I wanted to invite everyone to view our website detailing our experiences. The site is sailgigi.com . We love feedback because it gives us ideas about what to write. oh! We make fun of cruisers quite a bit - but it's all in fun. Afterall, we are one of them.

Thanks Hud. This is our 3rd sailboat but by far our favorite. We had a Jeanneau 43 ds and a catalina 350 before this and each had there really good points (i loved the Jeanneau large berth and the sole in the catalina was fabulous - not sure what they used but I could drop a hammer on it and not leave a mark). Anyhow, no boat is perfect but this one is as close to perfect as we can afford!

Gigi,

Good luck with cruising and keeping your web up to date. It can be tough to do when you have limited access to the web and all those wonderful beaches, snorkeling sites, ineteresting locals, fellow cruisers etc, etc to keep up with.

My .02 worth of feedback - BIGGER FONT and don't use black type on a blue background! Also, "accentuate the positive; E-liminate the negative"

Enjoy!

What a stunning well found yacht you put together! I lived aboard my boat in the Eastern Caribe for a couple of years with a pair of kitties before I met my present wife. Now we have a pair of Westies who love the boat.

You're gonna have lots of thrills with Gigi.

I enjoyed reading your website. Keep us informed. I wish I were there!
