Finally New Here

Hi All,

This is a forum that I have been reading now and then for a long time. I contains so many interesting story's and info.

This winter I'm doing much electronics for the boat, a Westerly Pentland. On the project list is OpenCPN on a a20 linuxboard (it uses 3.6W including the gps rs232 and network)
And a solarpowered NMEA transmitter to make a wireless masthead unit.
Why? For fun!
So in the spring/summer sailing and fall winter tinkering around.

Cheers,

Jelbert
