Well I just went all the way around Peel Is..  Took my father in law out for a sail. He started off in sail, then went to steam , then ww2 turned up. He still can hold a course very well. He enjoyed getting out on the water again, even if it was only for a day.

Nah, I have a fibreglass sheet [2.5mm thick] on top and it covers the whole cockpit.
You have a slick looking boat . cheers

Nice sail from Whitsundays to Cairns, we sailed it a year ago, this year we are going up to Lizard Island from Cairns. There's plenty of good sheltered anchorages on your way up, have a great trip

Round Bowen you should be able to come across the Shaggers get together. Last I heard there were about 100 Shag Island Cruising Yacht Club Boats abchored near Montes Resort

I made it to cooktown next stop lizard island, I so feel like captain cook but I didn't hit the reef thanks iPad!
