Hello...quick question. When sailing from Charleston, SC, what's the best course to reach Bimini? I've read here that some cross over from Key Largo, but that seems like a long way to go down, even with the gulf stream. Advice, please...

Short answer: generally farther south is better because of the influence of the Gulf Stream. If you jump off around Key Largo then you can actually get a bit of a favorable push from the stream. Much further north and you are fighting against it.
