Crowther 33'

I'm not new to the forum but thought I'd do a brief intro for those interested. I live in Auckland on the magnificent Hauraki gulf. Just finished doing-up a Crowther Buccaneer 35' (33'+2') trimaran and look forward to some fast cruising this season.

Re: Crowther 33'

they have just been painted - no time to become dirty. But its really not an issue as I used a gangplank from the shore and took my boots off everytime I went on board,

Unfortuntaly my circumstances have changed since then and its now for sale.

Re: Crowther 33'

Close to Auckland - don't really want to say where as our Council is really down on small boat builders at the moment - some of us believe they are chasing us away - they are certainly making it very expensive to own a small boat.

a very fair price - if you are interested in purchasing PM me and I'll arrange for you to see the boat next time you are in New Zealand.

Re: Crowther 33'

Here's a video of her on the mooring.
Threes Company on her mooring in Okahu Bay - YouTube
she is on the NZ auction website 35ft Buccaneer trimaran renovated 2013 | Trade Me
and if she doesn't sell there she will be in eBay for the international buyers. Mind you the new buyer will have ship her as they would never be given exit permission from NZ.

Great boat, am real sad to have to part with her. I sincerely hope the new owner enjoys sailing her like I do/did.
