Ciao !

Hello everybody, I just discovered this site, and I am really happy to have found a place so full of useful infos and friendly sailors! I am looking forward to join this community.
I am an Italian traveler on the road for 6 years. My love for the sea and freedom and my dislike for moving/packing/leaving a home behind made me wonder:
Am I too young and unexperienced to go Liveaboard and cruise the coasts of the world?
Well, you got to start somewhere... and this seems to be a fantastic place to learn and make the best of the other users experience.
Keep it up with the great posts, I will be following!

Aloha and welcome aboard!
You are never too young but if you wait too long you could become too old.
kind regards,

Re: Ciao !

G'day and welcome.
Don't leave things too long. Remember the sailor saying that 'it's better to be on a boat in the Pacific dreaming of a cozy fire at home, than sitting in front of a cosy fire and dreaming of a boat in the Pacific.........'
Enjoy
John

Re: Ciao !

Ayla80: I traveled the sea for 4 years when I graduated school. I stopped and saved to buy a nice boat. Now I have a nice boat and not the time to go sailing. YOu are not too young.

Ciao
