Catamarans in Southern Cali?

Are there any catamaran owners in Southern Cali? I would love to start looking at them as I want to move family aboard in the next 3-4 years. I don't want to wait till the boat show to start looking. Any suggestions???? (Preferably in the 41'-49' range)

Aloha Ski,
Welcome aboard! There has to be at least a million catamarans in SoCal so we must have some owners here. Why not post a question in a new thread on the multihull section?
Kind regards,

Well, there are millions of Southern Californians, John, but a vanishingly small percentage own a catamaran - unless you count Hobies and Nacras and Prindles. There are a few cat owners here from SoCal whose vessels are of cruising cat dimensions, though, and a few more when you add in NoCal.

The truth is, though, that because the Pacific Coast does not hinder deep draft vessels, most sailors on the west coast seem to prefer the traditional monohull sailing vessel.
