Caribbean Adventure for 30th birthday!!

Hi All ,
I am a 29 year old girl, I love the ocean and being on boats ... It's like being home !!
I am a chef and have 2 businesses , sometimes I just want to throw it all in and cruise the oceans ... But that's still just a dream. And not one I would like to embark on alone right now.
I am a very enthusiastic and pretty experienced sailor.
I am really looking for an adventure for when I turn 30 at the begging of next year . My plan is to find a boat sailing from the Caribbean back to Palma where I have family .
I just want to get on the ocean for a while and further my experience .
If anyone has any adobe ok how I should embark on this dream , please help as I'm not sure where to start !?
