Bonjour
"Bonjour", Hello every body,
I am living in a Country where people are known to not be very clever in speaking and writing in english...sorry for my terrible French accent !
I have been sailing for 30 years but only during my week ends and holidays. I have the wish now to make a break in my working life, and take time to sail in places I have dreamed so many times...
I will first take time to read what has already been discussed in the present forum...

Lots of us sail on boats built in France. We have a Privilege catamaran. You can feel at home among all our French yachts.

Coucou sa va Kâa,
Je travaille mon français pour que je puisse venir et visiter votre pays. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour voir avant que nous ne pouvons plus hisser une voile.
À bientôt Dan
My French is not yet that good but I try.

Bonjour, bonjour
Bonjour Kâa
Welcome aboard .
Bienvenue à bord.
There are other French yachtsmen on Cruisers Forum.
Il y a d'autres plaisanciers français sur le site.
Where are you precisely?
Où êtes-vous précisément?

I too, live in a country where the people are not known for their skill in speaking and writing English. It's called the United States, perhaps you've heard of it?
Anyway, you're in good company.

Bonjour Kaa:
As a Canadian I am supposed to be bilingual; but I find I need a few rums in me to really make me fluent!
Welcome to the forum from one new-comer to another.
