Big thanks!

I just want to say a BIG Thankyou to forum member Paul and his lovely wife Jenni for their hospitality and time in showing Jen and I around their island! Since joining CF a few years ago Jen and I have come to know several members (or feel like we know, from their writings) but it's always great to meet others in person. Paul and Jenni took the time to drive us around Antigua, taking in the sights and filling us in on a bit of the islands history, as well as finding the best burgers on the island! (at garden grill). And then took the time to help us stock up on supplies. Again, thanks a lot Paul and Jenni for the great company and we will look foreword to repaying the favour at the first opportunity.
We have met quite a few members over the years, some a quick hello from the dinghy, some for sundowners or beach bbq's and it's always a treat. Rarely to we argue about anchoring techniques or cat v mono in real life...honest!
For the ladies, yes MarkJ is just as good looking in real life and boatman Phil isn't really as cranky as he might appear online oh and hothead nick rocks 🎸

Re: Big thanks!

Always nice to see online translating to real life, and I such wonderful locations!

I met quite a few people who lurked on the forum in the Bahamas, but none who posted!
