Beneteau 51 in Bocas del Toro

Hello. Did anyone see this advertisement?
I would like to place an offer ... evendoe 125 K seams to be a lot of money for a 20 years old vessel.
Thank you for sharing your opinions.

Alex

Here is the link within that link that gives much more information on the boat:

Looks like a very good boat. Not that I am an expert :P
I had a twenty year old boat. I made the mistake of not getting a survey prior to purchase. Had I done that I'm sure I would have found a different 20 year old boat. I am now looking to buy something in the 6 to 10 year old range.

Welcome aboard!
I can't help with your question but can reiterate that a marine survey for an investment like that is a very good idea.
kind regards,

Have not seen the ad or the boat, but from the pic, I do know where it is docked. I wont be back in Bocas until Feb, but could take a look then if she's still on the market.

Research prices for similar make/model/condition vessels. Age is not the primary determinant of value. Most boats hold their value quite well over time.
