Another new one from Bali

Hi everyone!
I live in Bali, enjoy an old fashioned Wharram 30 cat. Just visited my son in Brisbane and seeing a cat which seems well seaworthy, got carried away and bought it. You may know about those emotional moments, when dream and fantasy overcome reasoning )

It is a Simpson 45 and ticks all my boxes, - except that I am wondering what I am up to when sailing the boat single handed to Bali soon.
Anyone to join?

Anyway, I am happy to freshly having entered into the cruising community here and am sure things will fall into place, as they should for all of you.
Kind regards, Ray.

Welcome aboard CF.

Living in Bali with (on?) a boat - sometimes life really sucks!

Welcome to the forum Ray.

I am sure many would love to help you sail your new toy.
It probably worth another post in the "crew wanted" forum outlining your requirements in crew, and the proposed trip.

Hi Ray.... Welcome to CF...
What have you done with the old Wharram 30 mate... D.O.J sounds like he's interested... he needs space for a goat tho'...

DOJ a good while away from getting to somewhere like Bali (with or without the Goat!)..........but am curious to hear more about the Wharram - it's future and it's past use.

Aloha and welcome aboard!
I sailed our club's Wharram a few times and enjoyed it. It was small though. Just a 23.
kind regards,
