Ahoy Shipmates

As the title indicates, hello to all my shipmates. Have a new (1975) dream in the driveway awaiting the date to launch and fulfill a dream of a sailing adventure.

I know I will be picking your brains and appreciate and respect each and everyone's opinions.

Fair Winds and Following Seas from North Carolina.

Re: Ahoy Shipmates

1975 Helms 25 - pretty good shape for her age - needs new paint and rigging cleaned up - also needs all new lines/halyards - been sitting (in fresh water) for years at a marina in TN. Found a trailer, rebuilt it and brought her home (she trailers well for a 4000 lb boat).

I will be renaming her (yes - utilizing the proper ceremony) Know Clew

Thanks for asking
