Ahoy from South Carolina

Hi every one I am Mike I have spent my entire life in the marine industry from Fl yacht broker (please dont hold that against me) lol to full service boat yard owner currently living land locked in sc and have a one man boat and motor repair biz spent the late 80's and early 90's cruising the islands and central america on my then 40' William H albury motor sailor i am anxious to go crusing again and currently looking for my last boat well maybe my last lol once again something in the 40-45 ft range and pilot house motor sailor I need to get back to the salt

Welcome Mike ! sounds like we are looking for the same boat LOL we are looking for our Last boat ! we hope ! Been looking for about 6 mos, and nothing yet ! altho theres a great one just came up on here and Yatch world in the last 3 days !! very nice boat lookin the classifides here and motorsailors in last 3 days on yatch wotld to find it !! anyway welcome again !! hope ya find one soon !!!

Oh, and don't take to heart what some have said about yacht brokers when you come to those comments. I was once a part time realtor and have heard it all.
