Branson mo waiting for 2 properties to sell. And liquidate for divorce. I'm from Dallas, moved to Branson 1 year ago. Caught snook in everglades in Jan. And a manatee dragged my kayak around till I could cut the line with my sharp tooth!

Aloha and welcome aboard!
Good luck on the sale of homes. Not a truly great sellers markets for houses but is a great buyers market for boats.
regards,

Thanks, Bransons housing hasn't declined like Fl. or boats. He he! Actually bought house after first crash so I'll be ok. Learning how to fillet tuna and stingray. If I could only get my wife to turn the ac up from 75 I might be able to adjust to livin on a boat. I'm freezin!
