Hi all,
I was passing through Changi Village when I saw the term promotion at Changi Sailing Club, decided finally to bite the bullet, and join CSC, after pondering for almost 10 years. Membership fees $1000 til Dec2016. The rustic nature appealed to both myself and missus.
