if it is peer reviewed and the findings can be duplicated several times and the rest can't be duplicated or the author won't release the data for verification .

Then yes you should believe the one that can be duplicated.

The Rapa Nuiites <sp?> did have streptomyces hygroscopicus. Sort of a fountain of youth if you're a worm, rat, or dog.

We are measurably changing the surface and atmosphere of our wet rock. We ourselves need to give a carp. Right now, there's seven billion of us. Our population won't stabilize until there's about 20 billion of us.

We can't just stop using fossil fuels. Our current civilization depends on mass agriculture. There is no other energy source that can power ag and transport machinery to keep all of us supplied with enough calories and nutrients. Mass air transport also totally depends on fossil fuels.
Any solution to bending our CO2 production curve down has to include nuclear energy for electrical baseload generation. You won't get away from burning coal if you don't accept nuclear.

Worshiping false idols always ends poorly, as it will for us too!

The error in measurement is logarithmic magnitudes greater than this veritable period of the not so distant past, and further.
