The above categories weren't dominant regional industries like coal, and also their decline was very gradual, meaning there was plenty of time to wind down slowly and retool for other markets.

Record players, LP pressing, open reel analog tape, and even real books are currently making a small comeback, btw.

The Bloomberg story is wrong. Also yes Trump makes a fortune from his trademark name. So do people like Chanel etc. I'm too spaced out to go on but no hard feelings. I know you mean well. You do seriously care about this stuff. All I will ask that you please take a step back and see if there is even a glimmer of truth from the other side. For me I am a great advocate for a better cleaner environment. I just don't swallow the Global Warming stuff.

I went for a walk this morning. It's just about t-shirt weather here and flies were out. Winter's gonna be a huge shock when it finally hits. I'm BBQing a steak for New Years, regardless.

I'm a bit bummed out. The annual MMGW Christmas Soshulist Solstice Worker's orgy has been cancelled for the third year in a row. Can't find a virgin libertarian to sacrifice (damn you Dagny Taggart).
