I just hope that when Skipper and I get old, we have grown together and are still as in love as many of you seem to be.
I think being old and in love takes every bit as much as much effort as properly setting you and your boat up to handle heavy weather with elegance and safety. The rewards are just as great

My dad told me that staying married would be the hardest thing I ever did. Too bad so many are not up to the challenge.

I recently asked my dear wife if, when she turned 40, I could trade her in for two 20's. Her reply: "Sweetheart, you're not wired for 220!" Indeed.

You should never do business with friends. And marriage is like a business contract. Shared assets, contractual obligations ... not much fun.

And the moral of the story is.......
