she can have the house in france,been in the family for generations,kids might be able to use it once they finish university, its cold and drafty,costs a fortune to heat.
i just want the yacht so i can go sailing.........

The answer is: anywhere. It's either the size of your wallet/boat that interests them or simply the fact that you have a passport from a country they would like to get in.
