Tough life but someone's got to do it, quite the thread you started on global climate change, might be a record setter.

Re: The Mallorca Squad

Funny thing.
As I look at the location and the catamarans and what I want to do, I still dont see me getting a vessel bigger than 32 foot.

Im a coastal hopper. 50 miles out and following the shore in either direction. Not one for heading off to the States from Cadiz...

If you can imagine high pressure hose attached to bubbly... it might be somewhat in the description....

I just finish working three 17 hour days in a row at the nuthouse, one more shift to work on Tuesday, then I'm done. It was as if I'd moved in to the place... these short staffed dumps have a way of drawing one in. As in: "Oh my God, we can't get anyone else to come in and work... what will we do? Who will take care of the patients?" etc kinda crap. 'Will come back in two weeks to work five more shifts, then off to Italy for five months.

Will look for something a little more lucrative with more intelligent staff in the fall. Most likely will return to a hospital setting.

Today, our home and business is constructed 100% from brick. I drove by our ex 25 year old house the other day that I built myself out of the best materials at the time. The guy I sold it to, had two humongous dumpsters out front with a crew of seven workers, replacing all the exterior trim boards, roof shingles and a dormer.

I just smiled as I drove by. I don't miss it one bit. Carpenter ants and rot every 7-8 years. The house was beautiful when I sold it to him 9 years ago, he'll make it that way again over the next few weeks for around $40-$60k. Looks like it can also use two coats of paint.
