@boaty @ happy I totally gave up bread, starches, cheese, sugar recently. Cut back on meat. No dairy, Lost 20 lbs. Lost 5% body fat. No strength loss.

But gravy and bisquits...yum.

No, no extra workouts either @Weavis. Mebbe I still retained same strength because I have less weight to do pull ups.

Beats the snow they've been having on Mallorca. The temps there have been about the same as here in the not-so-frozen North.
