Teeny, Tiny Letters

Last night I was reading a document, and it was so big. I had to scroll left, and right to read it. I noticed an option to reduce the size. I did this, and things were fine. This morning everything on my screen is very small, and extremely hard to read. I cannot figure out what I have done to myself, or how to correct it? Any suggestions would be fine.........i2f
