naaaaw--we are mayflower families--real radicals from waaay back..our virginia family went back to scotland as a lord.....his name was stirling.
governor of mayflower colony was my 10 times great grandfather..we had 8 families in my tree from mayflower. 3 on my father's side and 5 on momma's.....

hoity toity got sloughed off when i was a wee child...

old harbor is easy to find on google maps/earth -- go south of the islands off mazatlan-- the last island is near the opening for old harbor --if you get there when the ferry goes in, is easy to see. is right near the tallest lighthouse---el faro is very high up a hill......the anchorage is at the base of the hill for el faro. use channel 16 for activity--is shipping there also. from outside breakwall, you can see the masts of the bot inside the harbor. is how i found patricia belle when we got here---- i could see the schooners masts ....btw--schooner patricia belle is going to lapaz before mazatlan and after baja haha...is huge black schooner--say hay to captain pat and jeannie from me, please!

oops--i will be in old harbor after dec 1, and will wind it up here in marina maztlan this mnth of november, 2011. i am docked at dock e, on the isla..convenient for repairs and not many neighbors....as i like it
