Unfortunately, scientists just don't have the money to search the entire sky for all meteorites- small ones can slip by unnoticed. The bigger one had different damage potential so they use the limited funds to find those.

Not sure what good it would do anyway. They probably wouldn't tell the general population in fear of panic and cheos. It's only for self gratification of gov't sponsored research. Gov't toys!

We call it climate change. The Russians experienced climate change when the meteors blew out there windows. This time the change was not because of co2 levels
Pretty sure they will replace the windows and save themselves from the sudden climate change..
They won't sit in there freezing rooms debating wether it is colder with the windows or without. Pretty sure they think that the windows are gone because something changed. It's cold without them so they all agree put the windows back,
I'm outfitting the boat with fire suppressant Kevlar sails.

Just as well, those scientists would be wasting our money.....meteorites are on the ground you silly scientists.......and the money involved in spotting meteoroids would also far out way the value of the exercise because when meteoroids become meteors they rarely become meteorites and when they do no-one usually notices.
