For those who haven't heard yet, there was a coup today in Thailand. Here is a link to the story. http://asia.news.yahoo.com/c/th/ It looks like they are just at the stage of warning people to "be wary". Doesn't look like they are kicking out tourists yet. Declaring martial law is a bit worrisome.

No one has been hurt in this coup, (I have great pix of school kids posing in front of a tank), but there is a very good chance he got run over crossing the street.

"No one has been hurt in this coup" - actually a few people ended up dead, but relatively few and only locals who were not exactly in the category of "innocent bystanders".

Still a lot less than Toksin got through.
