Here is one I'll never forget.

When I was a kid, there was a guy running for senator. He had one of those first names you could pick several for. You know... Steve, Steven, etc...

Well, his last name was Sweat. Is first name happened to be Richard.

He ran for office as Dick Sweat! I kid you not.

An alternate name for him was p*nis perspiration... ha ha

I guess he did that so people wouldn't forget his name. I haven't, it it's something like 20-25 yrs later, so I guess it worked!

Lord Massarene and Ferrard had the unfortunate nickname in the House of Lords of "Vaseline and Push hard"

There is a physician here whose last name is Doctor.

I went to school with June Bugg.

I think military recruiters put people in specialties based on last name. In walks a guy named Hackett, the recruiter will only give him 3 choices:
a. barber;
b. computer programmer;
c. ent doctor.

For a guy named Shock:
a. electrician;
b. electronics technician;
c. pool chlorinator.

The guys I knew with the above names opted for choices a and b, respecitvely. I also knew a Major Minor and a Lieutenant Looney, who couldn't get any respect. I went to school with April May, whose parents I can only imagine never quite came down from their 1968 acid trip.
