Ridiculous Boat !

I am sure the Coast Guard loves this guy. This is ridiculous!!! Why would anyone want to build something like this, although it is sort of funny. Check this out,it looks like a sailboat made to look like it is sinking.

Part artwork, part boat... literally! - Image 3 of 8

BWAHAHAHA!! This is brilliant! Although it doesn't appear to comply with ABYC standard H.1.7 Horizontal Range of Visibility in the Aft Sector. hehehe

Maybe you would find this more than "sort of funny" if he chose a powerboat instead?? hahaha! LOVE the picture in the marina!!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder how they determine the charge per foot? Whimsical art is a favorite of mine - thanks for sharing this!

Yep

I read the comments posted and as much as I HATE being a kill joy, because I think it is really funny, I have to agree with the guy that cried wolf aspect. how many "not local" people will be calling in false alarms to the coast guard over it?

What a great anti piracy vessel.
See the pirates heading your way, then just pull the plug.
They see you going down and they leave..

In image 5 you can see the drive sticking down.

This has been written up in many places. I'm convinced it is for real and can navigate.

As to the "around the world" part, I seriously doubt it. Transporting it to various places around the world, yes. But around the world under it's own power? Nope. Don't buy it.
