Energy and persistence conquer all things.” Benjamin Franklin

Perseverance is not a long race; it is many short races one after the other” Walter Eliott

Victory belongs to the most persevering.” Napoleon Bonaparte

And the one most applicable to your present circumstances:

By perseverance the snail reached the ark.” Charles H. Spurgeon

Happy to read that your journey has united you with your vessel, hoppy . . . but where's the picture of you enjoying a brewski on board?

Happy for that! Sometimes there's nothing like a cup of tea ...

Very glad you made it, and here's to a wonderful weekend with your new love.

Really happy you made it and have had time to put some beers in the frig and get that 9th berth figured out!
We here in cold New York (32f/0c) feel so bad for you....that we
chartered a plane(no delays or missed connections) and are coming to keep you company, figure out the rest of those weird
sailing things and help with the excess beer problem.
Enjoy the new boat!

It was freezing and very windy when I was taking the photos, but I am happy anyway.

The clouds I think make the photos more dramatic, so if anything I would photoshop in clouds if it was a sunny blue sky day.

Consider ALL pictures suspect from now on... no ones gonna believe those Storm/Beach and Anchorage scenes now.... we'll just go....

Lovely. And I love the feature where two people can steer at once. I'm sure there would be fewer arguments on my boat if Wonderblond had her own wheel.

It depends, if you are both trying to turn in different directions then maybe it will be worse.

Maybe disconnecting one of the wheels so the 2nd person only thinks they have control will solve all problems

I do a lot of photography and photoshop editing, but I never bother with pasting in backgrounds, just making them models look like the way they want to imagine they look
