Problem Loading CDs into iTunes

Have been loading my CDs into iTunes (for eventual loading onto an iPod and use onboard). I notice that with a few of the albums some of the tracks load separately - instead of having a single album I end up with the album plus two or three individual track files showing in the library.

Is there any way to avoid this or is there any way to move the single files back into the album folder (drag-and-drop doesn't seem to work) ??
