Powered teak anchor advice sought

I want to make a powered teak anchor. Needless to say there are many ways to go about this and I'm sure that many on these forums have advice and opinions that they will good-naturedly provide.

So, the fundamental questions are:
  • What kind of anchor design should I use? Bruce, Spade, Rocna, Manson, CQR, or Danforth?
  • Should I leave the teak natural, oil it, or varnish it?
  • Should the anchor be solar or wind powered?
