Nice Marina Development!
Maybe our forum members would like to share their opinions on controversial marina developments which may affect them directly as boaters?

Marina development can have negative impacts on the environment as well as access to the waterways, even sometimes displacing anchorages! They are often proposed by developers who care about neither.
