Re: New Power Generator that relies on magnets

The trick is to use some of the output energy to charge the nine volt battery. The rest is "free" energy.

I believe it defies the principle of conservation of energy...you can't make energy out of nothing.

However, you can apparently make a thread out of nothing.
Thermodynamic laws are always present. Friction and conductivity for example.

In this example they are probably second order effects at best.

My initial thought on reading this was NO! But on second thought I realized the answer is amazingly YES pretty much they do.

Normally, vacuum energy is the convergence of all sources of energy, starlight, virtual particles from quantum fluctuations, gravitational waves, etc. that exist in a volume of space at any given instant in time. So, solar energy is just intense starlight.

Anyway nice observation!

With the regional geomagnetic overlap of the international dateline and daylight savings time, it's always April 1 in California.

Re: New Power Generator that relies on magnets

There is actually a guy from Turkey who just tested something alike what you talk about in the Netherlands (Eindhoven I think) together with a university.

In addition there are people working on 'Cold Fusion'.
There is actually a lot of activity going on in this arena.
The inventor who claims he has solved the problem is an Italian guy, Andrea Rossi, in co-operation with a US investment company, Industrial heat. They are just about to make statements from a one year test.http://www.cruisersforum.com/images/...s/banghead.gif

Another better generator is also developed (rather redeveloped since the 1930-is). It is called the free piston generator. Toyota has made a prototype.
I think it would be perfect for sail boats. You have one generator with much better efficiency, which can handle several DC motors (catamarans, bowtruster etc.)http://www.cruisersforum.com/forums/...lies/trash.gif

I don't trust that new crap! If it was good enough for NCC-1701 it's good enough for me

HA! No wonder my attempts haven't worked. I've been doing all my experimentation using Expensivium.

Don't forget the demographics as well.

You appear to misunderstand the concept of "thermodynamics". It is wider than your interpretation.

The "principle of conservation of energy" is encapsulated in "the first law of thermodynamics".

Nope, Watts ain't energy. And they are not "usable".
