30' Pearson sailboat $9500 in the water!

Nice condition, galley, head, sleeps 4 easily. Roller furling, Atomic 4, electronic ignition, nice stereo, good sails. Get rid of that stinkpot and sail green. Currently on the St Croix, the eleven gallon tank lasts all year. Never mind the sunken powerboat on the right side of the picture, the Pearson is the beauty moored on the left. email only please. Odd they didn't crop out the sunken boat. It's still a poor quality picture. Sometimes being better than nothing really isn't.

I wonder if the power boat is for sale too?
